A knife that gets used goes dull. That is not a fault, it is what an edge does when it is doing real work. Send yours back to us and we sharpen it by hand on the angle it left with, then send it home to you.

One free sharpening a year, for your first two years. You cover the postage in. We cover the sharpening and the return.

What is covered

A full sharpen and polish on the original edge angle, on any Kanzo knife bought from us. One a year, for two years from the date of your order.

What is not covered

Chips, bends and snapped tips. Re-profiling to a different angle. Knives not bought from Kanzo. If something has gone wrong with the knife rather than the edge, use the contact form instead and we will sort it properly.
